What should happen.

If a folder has any children at all, a folder or a note a caret should show to show there are items within it.

What happened?

If a folder has only folders as children then no caret is shown.

A caret is only shown if there is a note as a child

What browsers are you seeing the problem on?

Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Microsoft Edge
